Auerbach-HaLevy’s planning of industrial and logistic centers is based on an in-depth analysis of the functionality of production and logistic processes … and the machinery, equipment and tools used in the manufacture, storage, loading and shipment of orders. The design concept begins with a detailed understanding of the final product to be delivered to the client. The creation of a 100,000 square meter building begins with a vision of the 20-cm storage containers and five-ton trucks that will be used in the completed structure.
This information is then processed and compiled to customize and meet the client’s precise needs. Aesthetic considerations are then blended into the plan, assuring that the facility will not only be designed for maximum efficiency, but will also be visually impressive.
A central element of Auerbach-HaLevy’s designs is the optimized utilization of space - not only of the buildings themselves, but also of the open areas surrounding them.
Buildings designed by Auerbach-HaLevy possess a strong urban signature, creating a significant presence that is in harmony with existing structures and complementary to their surroundings.
