The Delta Galil complex, covering approximately 20,000 square meters, evokes textile rolls stacked on top of each other, with one of them unfolding to continue as the logistics warehouse. At the center of the roll stack is a geometric dome that floods the office floors with natural light and connects the building to its height.
Delta Galil, an Israeli textile company established in 1975, began with two small sewing workshops and has grown over the years into a global powerhouse, now one of the most important global players in the underwear industry. The company's vision is based on innovation, quality, and comfort - principles that guided us in planning the building.
The Delta Galil complex, located in Caesarea's southern industrial zone adjacent to a eucalyptus grove, brings together the company's activities, including daily office workers alongside a logistics warehouse where production takes place. The green campus includes the global company headquarters, a logistics facility, an advanced technology sewing workshop, a design center, and extensive gardens.
Movement within the office space is circular along the large windows. Each floor features a kitchen that opens onto a balcony encompassing a different part of the facade. This way, the view changes from each balcony - from views of the industrial area and sea on the horizon to views deep into the forest.
Shading in the building is achieved in two ways: first, naturally from the offset of each floor, and second, through a system of oval louvers, spaced apart to provide shade while maintaining outward visibility. From the top office floor, the uppermost roll strip extends to form a floating bridge leading into the logistics warehouse, which is wrapped in corrugated metal and contains thousands of cargo boxes on an advanced shelving system.

Below the bridge, a system of paths curves to match the building's shape, creating green terraces and ornamental pools that extend directly from the ground floor dining room. All site development is influenced by radial lines that burst from the same radius as the atrium and appear in the external cladding, office division, ceiling, flooring, and wooden deck.

The building balances warehouse activity with office operations, creating a meticulous storage space on one side and an impressive, iconic office space on the other. Together, they function as a single unit that defines an innovative and quality brand. Photographer Uzi Porat
