The Eden Residential Tower boasts a prime location in the heart of the new "Park Ha-Yam" neighborhood in Bat Yam, offering a blend of quality apartments with stunning sea views. This 45-story project, situated along the beach strip, features a variety of 3, 4, and 5-room apartments, each with breathtaking views from their balconies.
