The building on Slant Street is an architectural icon that will serve as a landmark in the urban renewal of Petah Tikva.

The planned ten-story structure on Slant Street, comprising 54 apartments, stands as an architectural icon within the TAMA 38 urban renewal program in Petah Tikva. This project merges two buildings to create a floating mass of cubes with numerous openings. Drawing inspiration from the historical and cultural layers of the Bauhaus style, the design offers an innovative interpretation for a vibrant and prestigious living environment.

The architecture exudes elegance and originality, with large balconies and high-quality finishing materials, creating a timeless object that celebrates white architecture in Israel. This project reflects the philosophy of Katta Entrepreneurship, which strives for excellence.
