HSBC Innovation Banking

Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) is a company offering financial services to high-tech companies. We designed their office space meticulously, creating a calm and clean yet youthful, dynamic, and inviting atmosphere - reflecting the company's spirit and principles.

We chose muted colors and subtle materiality (dark gray, white, natural wood) for the space and furniture. Clean and continuous lines cross the space, working with a spatial Mondrian-like grid to create a uniform space with rhythmic and dynamic breaks. These breaks, in the form of cubes of varying sizes and rhythm, sometimes serve as storage cabinets, sometimes as a kitchen, and other times as an open library within the space. The unification of the space is also expressed in the subtle ceiling grid, which separates the central space from the work rooms, and in the delicate framework displaying the company's client names. The spacious entrance area is bright, inviting, and pleasant to stay in, receiving natural light from the surrounding office spaces through glass partitions that both separate and connect the private work areas to the public zone. This creates a welcoming atmosphere among the company's employees, inviting interaction while respecting privacy and allowing for concentration and work.
