One morning in early July in 2020, a small elevator opened on the fifth floor of an office building in the northern industrial area of Lod. Two architects and a chef came out of it, the last to enter that morning. In that second, the move was completed: Exactly 20 years since the establishment of Auerbach Halevy, of which a decade in the Tel Aviv port and a decade in the Airport City, we have reached our destination.
