The proposed plan preserves the local style of Zichron Yaacov’s colony, for its residents and visitors alike, through the use of local materials such as shingles and stone, local vegetation, special flooring and maintenance of the existing scale.

The planned complex includes public buildings, commerce, tourism and residential areas around small courtyards, as part of a tourist axis that creates the opportunity to form an urban square on the route between the hotels, the pedestrian mall and the winery.
