Incubit Technology Ventures is a technology incubator backed by Elbit Systems Ltd. Its offices are located in Be’er Sheva’s High Tech Park. The company invests in young start-ups, which stay at the incubator for long periods of time as a part of Incubit’s services.

A custom woodwork wall connects the different rooms, each with a large colorful window that gives a unique identity to each hosted company. The companies stay at the incubator for 2-3 years and constant turnover is expected, therefor we planned for maximum flexibility.

At the center of the project, a large space is dedicated for collaborative activities for all hosted companies. The space includes a lounge, cafeteria and lecture room. A dry-erase board covers the entire wall and encourages sharing ideas. A number of shared meeting rooms are available for all hosted companies.
