National outline plan project 38 – demolition and reconstruction of two adjacent buildings. In this framework, the buildings on the entrance floor were united through a parking lot and a common foyer. In the project, 54 housing units are planned in two buildings of 10 floors each. At the design level, unification is done through a unique shell in the form of a cube with varying openings, through which you can see the 2 buildings covered in shiny metallic green sheet metal that break out of the cube on the rooftop apartment floors.
