BIM Modeling with Revit Our ideas become detailed blueprints in a dynamic, digital environment.Since 2018 all of our projects have been designed and delivered using cloud-based BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology with Revit as our main platform. We use this platform to manage the permitting process and coordinate the work of MEP and other disciplines. Consultant Coordination Engineers, designers, and specialists collaborate closely, ensuring every aspect of the project aligns perfectly. Structural engineers define load-bearing specifications, while MEP engineers optimize building systems for efficiency. Our design team refines aesthetics and functionality, while consultants address complex challenges. This integration of expertise ensures the project is innovative, practical, and efficient. Visualizations & Material Selection We create lifelike visualizations, each detail considered, from the texture of a wall to the play of light through a window. Materials are chosen, their colors and textures breathing life into our vision.
