TEO Project – Ramle

This project designates two mixed-use areas, incorporating commercial, residential, and public facilities. Having progressed from the zoning phase, the project is now undergoing architectural planning following its approval.

The development will feature a mix of high-rise and context-sensitive buildings along Herzl Street. Ground-floor commercial spaces and a high-quality public open area will foster a vibrant urban environment, enhancing the quality of life for residents. The plan is being developed for Av-Gad Company.
