Located in the heart of the historic "Shikhon HaMizrah" neighborhood, the project is part of a larger process of urban renewal in the area. The site currently comprises two lots, each with an existing building, which will be united into a single lot featuring a 10-story building with 34 housing units and three levels of underground parking. To ensure the building fits in harmoniously with its surroundings, its massing is carefully articulated with a mix of vertical and horizontal elements that respond to the scale and character of the neighborhood. A thoughtful material palette comprising natural stone and plaster, as well as contemporary materials like aluminum and glass, is used to create a warm yet modern aesthetic.
