Additionally, it features a geriatric medical center with nursing and mental health wards, including: Three nursing wards with 36 beds each, Three wards for the mentally ill with 30 beds each, One department with 18 beds, Physiotherapy and occupational therapy rooms.

An innovative assisted living model in Rishon Lezion that seamlessly connects with the local community while offering an advanced geriatric medical center designed to meet the needs of the aging population
The complex includes 240 housing units for seniors, alongside an advanced geriatric center with 7 dedicated departments, including nursing and dementia care. The complex offers spacious public areas and well-maintained gardens that blend naturally into the urban environment, with an emphasis on residents' well-being and promoting connections with the community.

The complex offers a range of services and facilities designed for an active and independent lifestyle, including spaces for culture and leisure, an auditorium, lecture rooms, a gym, and a therapeutic pool. These encourage significant physical activity for both body and mind, alongside providing nursing care for those with medical or cognitive challenges Above the commercial floor, along the street and facing south, extends a public floor for the benefit of the residents, serving as a significant social hub—the beating heart of the complex. To the west of the project, a 3-acre public garden extends as part of the project, offering a space for residents and local residents to enjoy, serving as a gathering place and an opportunity for intergenerational interactions.

The various seating areas, including intimate corners and open spaces, facilitate different types of social interactions. The ground floor houses commercial areas, providing convenient access to daily services such as a flower shop, mini-market, hair salon, etc., strengthening the residents’ sense of independence and encouraging integration with the broader community. The Freiman Estate presents an innovative approach to assisted living, combining high standards of living with a supportive and enriching environment, demonstrating how careful planning and an advanced service concept can create an optimal living space for the elderly population, balancing privacy, community, and a high quality of life.
