From this perception, the design concept for the Lightricks Campus in Jerusalem was formed: a workspace that is no longer a generic office environment, but a layered experience of encounter, movement, focus, inspiration, and community. The campus was designed as a space that allows people to experience small unicorn moments within the work routine, through architecture that recognizes the power of moments, encounters, and natural flow.

The design breaks the One Size Fits All model and transforms it into a system of "work neighborhoods" -  islands of focus, meetings, learning and re-energizing. Allowing for functional flexibility and a diverse daily flow.
The work environment evokes experiences familiar from city and home life: the energy of a neighborhood café, the quiet of a library, and the privacy of intimate space. The Yard Planning model enables hybrid work, dynamic movement between teams, and changing mental modes throughout the day.

This move turned mealtime from an experience of crowding and queuing into an experience of flow, choice, and exploration. Instead of one focal point - a network of hubs. Less crowding, less waiting, more movement, more spontaneous encounters, and more time for work, conversation, and community.

One that contains human complexity, encourages creativity, strengthens community, and enables the organization to grow from natural flow, human connections, and unique moments of inspiration.
