The Bat-Yam Dream Tower is a unique and prestigious urban renewal project situated on the northern coast of Bat Yam city, Israel. The project includes the construction of a 35-story mixed-use building in place of the old building that was built in the 60s and houses 24 tenants. The total investment in the project is about NIS 220 million.

The Dream Tower will consist of 135 luxurious apartments and a boutique hotel with 65 suites, all overlooking the sea. The suites, with an area between 24 and 37 square meters, will be located on floors 1-5 and will have a separate entrance from the tenants' entrance to the residential complex. The hotel will have a luxurious lobby, a gym, and a café.

The location of the Dream Tower is at the intersection of Ben Gurion and Rothschild streets. The project is in the vicinity of entertainment and leisure centers, cafes and restaurants, sports complexes, and educational institutions and just a short walking distance from the Bat Yam light rail station of the Red Line, allowing residents to easily and quickly reach Tel Aviv and all the main cities in Gush Dan.
