For Concept studies we exploit a variety of strategies: State-of-the-art software for building analysis, physical models, AI and most importantly - imagination.
BIM , Permitting and a One-Stop-shop service: Since 2018 all of our projects have been designed and delivered using cloud based BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology with Revit as our main platform. We use this platform to manage the permitting process and coordinate the work of MEP and other disciplines.
