In the old north of Tel Aviv, nestled in its proximity to the White City areas, the Bodenheimer residential building integrates seamlessly with the local surroundings.
Originally, three buildings stood on the site, and as part of urban renewal, they were replaced by one large H-shaped building, with a small inner courtyard. The clean white plaster finish and horizontal lines of the 90 apartments give it a modern and sleek character.
The top floor, includes five penthouses, is characterized by glass, and screen walls emphasize the entire building's corners. This material choice completes the deep connection between the building and its environment.
