The Toyota campus is located in Meuyan Sorek Rishon Lezion, at the heart of the cars industry compound, facing the Ikea center and in close proximity to the future train station. Frames of a light shaded aluminum composite panels constructs the buildings facades and creates uniformity of the design in the compound. The frames filling, different in each building, produces a unique identity – silver louvers and corrugated iron at the logistic center, silver louvers and wood printed aluminum profiles at the headquarters building. The filling variations were designed in response to the north alignment, providing optimal sun shading and thermal comfort for the users.
